Silk Screen Printing process:

1. Developing the Negative
Artworks provided from customers are used to produce films.

2. Making the printing plate
Using those films, one Silk-Screen Printing plate is made for each color in the design*

3. Printing
One color is printed at a time by hand, before printing another color put in oven to dry.

4. Cutting
The metal board is cut with pins in rows, and then the individual pins are cut separately in custom outline.

5. Attachment
Attachment is welded on to the back of each piece.

6. Plating
Now plating can be processed with various plating.

7. Epoxy Coating
A clear protective epoxy coating (epoxy dome) can then be applied to the surface of your pins to protect the image from fading or peeling off or getting scratched.

8. Final inspection
Then each pin is inspected to ensure only the highest quality is individually packaged and send for final inspection.
